We want you to feel secure with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Pacsafe products in their original, unused condition. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we make the return and exchange process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unused items with all original tags and anti-theft components intact into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
